今日の5時間目の体育で「跳び箱」を行いました。跳び箱のウォームアップでは,サーキットトレーニングを行いました。「閉脚跳び」や「台上前転」に向けた練習を行っています。また3月に予定している「縄跳び大会」の練習も体育の時間や朝活動の時間を活用して行っています。
For today's fifth period P.E. class, our students practiced vault exercises. As a warm-up, our students did a circuit training. They practiced jumping while keeping their legs together, followed by forward summersaults over the vaulting boxes. Aside from the gymnastics practice, our students have also been practicing their jump rope techniques for our school's Jump Rope Competition, which is scheduled for this March.
