今日は，１９日（月）に行われる予定の「歓迎のつどい」の練習を行いました。今年度から口之島に来た児童生徒・職員のために本校で取り組んでいる，「金管バンド」や「エイサー」を披露する予定です。また，写真や映像を用いて，特色のある学校行事や口之島の大自然についても紹介をする予定です。
今年度最初の行事ということで，児童生徒も張り切っています。また今年度から来られた先生方も「何をしているのかな？」と楽しみにしている様子でした。
Today we had practice for our school introduction, which is scheduled for Monday the nineteenth. This school introduction is for the new teachers and students that came this year. Our school's brass band and Eisa drum group will perform at the event. Then using photos and videos, we will also introduce the major events we have throughout the year, as well as our beautiful island.
This introduction is our first big event of the school year, and all our students are very excited for it. It also looks like the new teacher and students are excited to see what's in store for them.
