今日は今年度初めての小中別朝会が行われました。スピーチは３年生のＨくんとＳくんが発表をしてくれました。口之島小中学校で過ごす最後の１年の決意を２人とも発表してくれました。最高学年として，受験生として今年は大きな期待のかかる１年になることかと思います。プレッシャーを力に変え，多くの場面で活躍をしてくれることを楽しみにしています。
また，緑化活動では種蒔きを行いました。養護の教諭のＹ先生指導のもと，児童生徒や職員も張り切って取り組んでいます。苗の植え替えや地域花植えに向けてみんなで力を合わせて取り組んでいきたいと思います。
Today the first split morning assemblies of the year were held. For the middle school one, two of our middle school students gave speeches. They talked about their goals for their last year here. Since they are nineth graders, they will have start preparing for the high school entrance exams. We hope they turn the pressure into strength, and have a great last year.
Recently for the gardening activities, we have been planting flower seeds. Our school's nurse has taken charge of planting the flowers, leading rest of the teachers and students. We hope everyone can pitch in, and help bring lots of flowers to our school, and our island.
