今日は文化祭の英語劇の紹介です。今年度は小中学生１０人で「わらしべ長者」の英語劇を,ALTのB先生・養護教諭のY先生の指導の元,行いました。長い文章や,難しい単語等もあり最初はつまずくこともありましたが,毎日の練習のおかげで日に日に上達していきました。本番では全員がスラスラと台詞を言うことができました。今回覚えた英文や単語をこれからの学習に活かしていってほしいと思います。
Today we would like to showcase the school play from the Culture Festival. For this year's school play, all ten of our students worked together to perform a play in English called "The Rich Straw Man." With instruction from the ALT, and the school nurse, they all learned how to say their lines. Our students had a hard time at first with the long lines, and difficult words. But they practiced hard every day, and vastly improved. And on the day of, they were all able to say their lines smoothly. We hope they can put to good use the many English phrases they learned through this experience.
